FAMOUS WELSH, & WELSH-AMERICANS
The Welsh have left an impact on much of the formation and continuing evolvement of the United States. The Declaration of Independence, that most famous of documents, was drafted by Thomas Jefferson, who spoke and wrote Welsh. He, and sixteen others of Welsh descent, signed the document ushering in a new era in the world.
